This is an actual OG-107 utility shirt made by Popplin, and while most OG-107 shirts are made of thick cotton twill fabric, this shirt is made of lightweight Popplin fabric and was used mainly by Navy and Air Force plain soldiers. This shirt itself is said to be a PX item, the same OG-107 type, but it is believed to have been privately procured by a soldier.
