This is a 1960s Poplin OG-107 utility shirt. It is generally believed to have been made by a PX on base and privately procured by a private individual. The OG-107 utility shirts that were actually issued were thick and tough, making them unsuitable for tropical regions, so thin, lightweight shirts like this shirt were privately procured and used mainly by Air Force and Navy soldiers.

The U.S. Army tape and name tape remain. There are no other patch marks on the shirt, so it seems to be an afterthought. The size is LARGE and large. It is dotted with stains. The overall impression is a little white due to fading. This is a lightweight shirt, so it is perfect for casual wear. Because it is a used item, returns are not possible. Please understand.
