This is a late-war-pattern tiger-stripe shirt made in South Korea during the latter half of the Vietnam War.

The size is US-L. Don’t miss out!

The Late War pattern can be considered the final evolution of the tiger-stripe design that first appeared in the late 1960s, and the lightweight version produced in South Korea has been confirmed to have been worn in combat on numerous occasions. Compared to Japanese-made tiger-stripe shirts, it features a bolder, more free-form print—and it is precisely this rugged aesthetic that gives it its unique South Korean charm.

This is a large US-L size. While smaller sizes are overwhelmingly common, larger sizes are rare due to their limited surviving numbers. The roomy fit is highly regarded not only for its practicality but also as a collector’s item.

This item has very little fading and is in beautiful condition, with the contrast between olive green, brown, and black still vividly intact. The light, comfortable feel unique to lightweight fabric is another appeal, making this a piece that allows you to fully enjoy the original colors and design of the Late War pattern.

Well-preserved Korean-made Late War Pattern items are becoming increasingly rare, and finding one in a US-L size is particularly difficult on the market. It is highly recommended not only as a piece for a Vietnam War equipment collection but also as a vintage tiger stripe that you can actually wear and enjoy.
