This is a replica of a black shirt from the Phoenix Program (Operation Phoenix) conducted by the CIA with the MACV SOG and PRU units. It has the U.S. Army credentials embroidered, the Phoenix Program embroidery, name, South Vietnamese Army Airborne insignia, and rank insignia. Very well made. There are a few white stains. The shirt is made of lightweight fabric. It is still in wearable condition. It is a used item and cannot be returned. Please understand.
